Accommodations

		Guest staterooms, along with stateroom interiors, aboard Eurodam have been appointed by NB Design Group. Bright and colorful carpeting accents all guest stateroom corridors except for Rotterdam Deck (deck seven) which is punctuated with a darker carpet color. Eurodam introduces a number of new stateroom categories to the Holland America Line, primarily including those of the spa staterooms. The spa staterooms are located on Panorama Deck and Observation Deck. Features provided in the spa staterooms include organic cotton bathrobes and slippers, an IPod® docking station, a slate table-top water feature, yoga mat, pedometer for use aboard ship, a fitness DVD, a cut fruit tray at embarkation, wooden bath mat, aromatherapy bath salts, room service spa breakfast, in room spa menu, and a concierge service to book treatments. Guests may choose from a number of stateroom categories with the spa amenities including interior, exterior, verandah, and superior verandah suites.






		Four forward-looking exterior staterooms (10001, 10002, 10003, and 10004) are located on Panorama Deck forward that include the spa amenities.

		NB Design Group of Seattle, Washington, USA was in charge of designing the guest stateroom interiors. The staterooms feature all of the creature comforts that are found on other Holland America Line ships but with livened décor. The task of NB Design Group was to introduce rich elements to the staterooms by using darker woods, texture, and color combinations to present a tailored Euro-classic aesthetic. The goal was to have guests feel as if they are walking into a high-end hotel room. Nine schemes were first presented, narrowed down to three, and then finally choosing the final product. Interior staterooms range from 170 to 200 square feet and feature two beds that are convertible to a queen size bed. Instead of dismissing the fact that there is no natural light in the interior staterooms, NB designed a light blue accent color behind the bed and added a transparent sheer fabric in front of the wall to suggest a horizon just beyond. Other stateroom categories aboard Eurodam include exterior staterooms (170 to 185 sq ft.), deluxe verandah staterooms (254 sq ft.), superior verandah suites (389 sq ft. with verandah), deluxe verandah suites (500 to 700 sq ft. with verandah), and two penthouse suites (1,318 sq ft. with verandah). The latter two categories feature a host of amenities including complimentary laundry and pressing service, corsages and boutonnieres for the first formal night, priority boarding for tender ports of call, high tea service en suite upon request, and much more.








		Deluxe verandah and penthouse suite guests are also entitled to use the Neptune Lounge. The Neptune Lounge is a great place to relax and enjoy the personalized service of a concierge. Also located in the Neptune Lounge are worktables, a large screen television, library, sofas and chairs, wi-fi service, no-host mini bar and, refreshments throughout the day. A twenty-four hour phone concierge service is also available when the Neptune Lounge is closed. The Neptune Lounge is located amidships on Rotterdam Deck (deck seven).
