fd_150.jpg (72950 bytes) Carnival Freedom, built by Fincantieri in Italy, celebrates ancient wonders and modern marvels all at once.  Her décor takes guests on a journey through the centuries and explores the best of the new and old Worlds.

Guests boarding Carnival Freedom for their cruise voyage will be taken on a journey decade-by-decade in all of her public areas.

Successful business woman Kathy Ireland performed the honors of christening the Carnival Freedom on March 4th, 2007.  She is famous for her success as a model, entrepreneur, and philanthropist.  It was a natural choice for Carnival to select her in inaugurating the newest and most innovative ship in the industry.

As majestic as are Carnival Freedom's interiors, her personality comes to life on Lido Deck.  An innovative feature on board is the Carnival Seaside Theatre, a twelve foot high by twenty-two foot wide LED screen located poolside showing movies, sporting events, concerts, and various other programming.
