Within Carnival Freedom's Spa Carnival, guests can enjoy a variety of European style treatments, steam rooms, saunas with ocean views, spa product boutiques, full service beauty salon, locker room facilities, and a gymnasium.

Keeping fit at sea is important to many and it is quite enjoyable in Freedom's gym.  Guests will enjoy state-of-the-art equipment, aerobics rooms, personal trainers, nutritional guidance, and a variety of specialized classes.

fd_10.jpg (42645 bytes) The Freedom is a pioneer in the fleet in terms of incorporating the miniature golf course.  Equipment for the course can be checked out with staff on Lido Deck adjacent to the Timeless Pool.
