The concept of the ship's atrium has been to be the central hub of all guest services and activities. It is intended to join many of the most commonly frequented entertainment and service venues.
Norwegian Jewel's Crystal Atrium not only serves this purpose but is also a destination in and of itself.
Located within the Crystal Atrium is the 75 guest accommodating Java
Café, featuring a wide variety of specialty coffees, teas, pastries,
and cookies.
Proceeding forward of the Crystal Atrium, guests will find a number of Asian dining opportunities. In addition to a sushi and sashimi bar, there is also the Teppanyaki Room and the
Chin Chin Asian Restaurant.
The Teppanyaki experience allows guests to have their meal prepared before them at tables for ten.
This experience includes everything from flying shrimp, onion volcanoes,
to twirling knives. Guests experience seeing skilled chefs slice,
chop, and grill steak, seafood, and chicken on a large steel
grill. Also featured here are sake infused Wasabi Cocktails.
The larger Chin Chin Restaurant provides worldly cuisine from the countries of Japan, China, Thailand, and many more.
There is a nominal charge for both Chin Chin Restaurant and the
Teppanyaki Room.
Forward of Chin Chin,
the Sushi, and Sake bars is FYZZ Cabaret Lounge and Bar, accommodating
up to 135 guests.. This modern lounge has bubble lighting, fun
colours, and ultraviolet artwork. FYZZ also has three Karaoke
rooms that can accommodate small groups.
Aft of the Crystal Atrium are the Art Gallery, Internet Café, and Photo
Gallery, parallel to one another on the port and starboard sides.
