Yet
another unique and first time venue for Royal Caribbean International
and any seagoing vessel is Central Park. It is truly a sanctuary
and already proven success where guests can get away from it all and
truly feel that they are enjoying the outdoors in nature. The
truly utmost revolutionary move was splitting the actual superstructure
into two affording the Central Park area of 62 feet wide. There
are two beautiful Crystal Canopies where guests can look down to the
action of the Royal Promenade. |

Just
one of many predominant statistics is the use of 82 metric tons of dirt
leading way for gardens, flowers, and trees. Soaring up either
side of Central Park are 'living walls' that span five decks high and 25
feet across. They area true focal point and feature
flowering vines of red and white Mandevilla 'Sun Parasol', Clerodendron
'Bleeding Heart', Petrea 'Purple Wreath', Thunbergia 'Stormy Sky', and
Althernthera 'Purple Knight'. |

Vintages,
with guest capacity of 72, sports Napa Valley styled surroundings and
offers tapas dishes and a wide variety of cheeses to complement the vast
number of wines available. A unique focal point is the World's
largest wine bottle, measuring at 8 feet long.
Giovanni's table offers a Tuscan themed dining experience with an
emphasis on family, even offering young guests the opportunity to make
their own pizza dough.
Found on a number of other Royal Caribbean International ships is the
130 guest capacity Chops Grille. Here, steak lovers can enjoy
dining al fresco or appreciate the photography with Chicago theme from
the 1920's and 30's.
A more casual dining experience is the Park Café whereas 150 Central
Park is a more formal environment exhibiting sophistication and
style. Celebrity chef Keriann von Raesfeld created every dish on
the menu and states that the dining experience is "not a stuffy
fine dining experience".
In the center of Central Park is the Rising Tide Bar, a glass structure
that links this neighbourhood to the Royal Promenade. |
