The Carnival Triumph is the second sister after the original Destiny class ship, Carnival DestinyTriumph is just different enough to be technically categorized as her own class, however.

Triumph's main theme is 'Great Cities of the World' and this becomes quite apparent even aside from just the names of most lounges and dining venues.
Décor and colours throughout Carnival Triumph are a nod to earlier Carnival Cruise Line ships but she definitely has an escalated sense of class.  This is certainly part of Carnival's evolving ship fleet design as newer ships have become more and more elegant.  This certainly does not detract from the fun, however, for those who love Carnival for just that.
Staterooms are also very reminiscent of earlier shipmates in the fleet but have been upgraded with some very nice, new amenities.  Bedding, linens, and robes are just a few of the highlights.
