Promenade Deck is home to both essential guest services and also the finest culinary venues at sea. Upon exiting the Frans Hals Lounge on Promenade Deck, guests may view the photos that have been taken of them throughout the voyage. There are also facilities to assist guest with their digital photos to transfer them to CDs or make prints. Just off of the Atrium are the Front Office and Shore Excursions Desk. Staff are available at the Front Office twenty-four hours a day to help guests with their inquiries. The Pinnacle Grill is the Volendam's premium dining venue and is available by reservation only. There is a surcharge as well but is well worth the elegant sophistication experienced here. Guests may enjoy incredible wines to accompany dishes such as aged sterling silver beef, cedar-planked halibut, Alaskan King Crab Hollandaise, or Dungeness Crab Cakes. All of these items are served on Bvlgari® China, Riedel® stemware, and Frette® linens. The Wajang Theater has always been enjoyed by guests of Holland America Line to view recently released films along with freshly popped popcorn. This area still provides such and also a whole lot more now. The Culinary Arts Center provides demonstrations and seminars from top chefs and also state-of-the art technology. Wine and cheese experts also host pairing seminars as part of Volendam's wine tasting bar.
